Easter Chairman's Cup 2026 Highlights

A vibrant display of skill, discipline, and unity was witnessed during the Easter Chairman’s Cup 2026 held on 4th to 5th April 2026 at Aga Khan Academy, Mombasa. The championship brought together over 350 participants from clubs, schools, and universities across the country under the theme "Kicking out Drugs in Mombasa County".
The two day event showcased high level competition, strong sportsmanship, and outstanding performances across all categories. Athletes demonstrated exceptional discipline and determination, making the tournament one of the most competitive and well attended editions to date.

Awards and Recognition
The championship rewarded outstanding performance across all categories. Junior athletes received trophies, medals, bursaries, and Taekwondo uniforms, while senior athletes were awarded trophies, medals, and cash prizes as follows:

Special Appreciation
The association was honored by the presence of CECM Mr. Jonathan Wepukhulu (Department of Youth, Gender, Sports and Social Services - Mombasa County) on Day 2, who reaffirmed county support for the growth of Taekwondo and encouraged continued development of the sport across all wards.
Mr. George Wasonga, Secretary General of the Kenya Taekwondo Federation, also commended the successful organization of the tournament and pledged continued national support for Taekwondo development.
We extend heartfelt appreciation to all referees and invited officials whose professionalism ensured fair play and smooth coordination throughout the event.
